Here’s our form that gets the design ball rolling. Along with the standard informational coordinates, you can take your first steps with this document as you figure out – sometimes for yourself – just what the project is, where you need Pitchgreen’s help, when you need it, and a short description of the project.
Here’s how to fill it out:
• Click on this link. The RFP form will open in a separate window. It's only one page – and the first half is easy!
• Fill out the green-toned areas. Please respond to each area.
• Print it and mail or fax it to us at the coordinates listed at the bottom of the page.
If you really hate to fill out forms, give us a call at the toll-free number on the form. We will fill it out with you!
